Lipeng Chen, male, Miao nationality, a native of Miao Autonomous County of Chengbu, Hunan Province, is now a professor, a member of the Academic Committee, and an academic leader of the Ethnic Psychology Section Group in the Department of Psychology of Renmin University of China, also the director of the Key Research Base of Ethnic Psychology and Education of Minority Education Development Center, Ministry of Education, People’s Republic of China., as well as the member and deputy secretary of the Second National Expert Committee on Ethnic Education. Chen has previously worked in the National Academy of Education Administration of China, the Minority Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education, as well as the School of Public Administration and the School of Education of Renmin University of China. Chen has been in research of ethnic education, ethnic psychology, school management for nearly 30 years, with over 10 monographs and over 130 articles being published, and has been invited to participate in the drafting of important Chinese policies, such as “China Education Modernization 2035”, “National Long-term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020)”, etc.
